Crantock Beach is one of the loveliest beaches you will ever go to in the UK.
It's only 5 minutes drive from the Caravan.
It's dog friendly and safe for kids - both love paddling in the Gannel Estuary that flows into the sea and it's perfect for a beach day, a paddle, kayaking, surfing, walking the dog or just a long walk.
The sand dunes are excellent fun too and its a huge beach so plenty of space for everyone even if it's summer.
You can even get a coffee, cold drink or ice cream from the Cargo truck that sells refreshments.
